well I would suggest she look up to the developed economies for ways to hanece clean power. Coal for instance is the best form of generating electricity.. COAL burns longer than fossil fuel and Nigeria  is richly blessed with massive coal deposition in the east. for me why not get the these developed economies to come build power plants in Nigeria by doing so it would also create employment for Nigerians.
